How bad is the parking?
Permit-controlled throughout, with roads that narrow considerably once cars are parked both sides. Very little off-street standing on the period stock. Early starts and an agreed loading point handle it.
Do you go into Hampstead Garden Suburb?
The edge only. The Suburb proper has conservation rules of its own and sits outside our patch; we work up to the boundary and will say so.
What about Muswell Hill?
