What helps most
- Both addresses, including the floor at each end and whether there is a lift
- If it is a mansion block: which block, and whether the goods lift needs booking
- Roughly how much there is, including the loft, the cellar and the garden store
- Anything old, heavy or fragile — veneer, marble, gilt, mirrors, framed work, a piano
- Parking at each end, and whether either street is permit-controlled
- Your date, even if it is still provisional
What happens next
We read it, come back to arrange a survey, and quote in writing afterwards. If the staircase, the parking or a lift booking looks like a problem, you will hear it from us before the day rather than on it.
