Removals in Woodside Park
N12 north and the N20 edge — Woodside Park's larger interwar houses, quiet roads, and where our patch runs out towards Whetstone and Totteridge.
Woodside Park is the quiet northern end of the patch — larger houses, generous plots, driveways, and roads with room on them. For a removals crew it is close to ideal, with one caveat.
The caveat is volume
These are houses people have lived in for a very long time, with garages, lofts, garden rooms and sheds attached. The access is easy and the load is large, which is the opposite of the East Finchley problem and just as worth surveying properly.
The housing
Interwar and post-war detached and semi-detached stock on quiet residential roads, with driveways across nearly all of it. Occasional long or narrow driveways and a handful of properties where turning space is tight — we check the approach on those before committing a vehicle.
Where our patch ends
North of here the roads run on into Whetstone and Totteridge. We work the edge and stop there. Edgware, further west, has its own specialist on our network and we do not poach it.
For a move that is genuinely London-wide rather than Finchley-shaped, our pan-London sister sites cover the whole city properly — see areas we cover for who covers what.

North Finchley is south.
Woodside Park questions
What is the housing like?
Larger interwar and post-war detached and semi-detached houses on quiet roads, with driveways and generous plots. Some of the easiest loading on the patch and some of the biggest volumes.
Why are the volumes so large?
Long ownership and plenty of storage. Garages, lofts, garden rooms and sheds, all of them coming and none of them visible from a room count.
Do you go into Whetstone and Totteridge?
To the edge. Those sit beyond our patch and we work up to the boundary rather than through it.
Is access ever difficult here?
Rarely. The occasional long or narrow driveway, and a handful of properties where turning space is tight. We check the approach on those before committing a vehicle.
